TURBAT: Unknown armed persons have gunned down 6 labourers and injured 2 labourers while they were asleep in a home in the area of Turbat.
Acting DPO Imam Bakhsh told journalists some unknown persons penetrated into house of local contractor in the area of Satellite Town Turbat and opened fire leaving 6 labourers dead and 2 injured. They all were employed with construction company
On information police reached the scene and started investigation.
The tragic incident took place on the night between Friday and Saturday.
The case of this tragic event is being registered in CTD police station.
Those who were killed and injured were identified as Rizwan, Shahbaz, Wasim, Shafiq Ahmad,Muhammad Naeem, Ghulam Mustafa and Tauhid. They are stated to be hailing from Multan
and Narowal districts of Punjab.
Caretaker chief minister Balochistan while condemning the incident has summoned report from administration.
In a statement Chief Minister Balochistan said the incident is condemnable and he was grieved over the killing of innocent labourers.
