QUETTA, (Parliament Times) : Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri has said that Namira Saleem has made history by reaching space. Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri expressed her happiness when the video of her arrival in space was released and congratulated Namira Saleem saying that her getting the honor of being Pakistan’s first woman astronaut is certainly an inspiration for women all over the world. The reason is that you have made us all proud and you are undoubtedly our pride. She said that it is a matter of pride and honor that Namira Saleem is the first Pakistani woman to receive this honor.
She said that the honor of Nimira Saleem reaching space is an inspiring and worthy achievement for Pakistani women and we all should encourage Namira Saleem. She further said that this achievement of Namira Saleem is an honor for all of Pakistan. It is a matter of pride and she has made all Pakistani women proud. Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri further said that Pakistani women are in no way less than other women in the world and Namira Saleem has proved that no matter how difficult the path may be, if the dedication is true, reaching the destination is not a difficult task. She said that Namira Saleem has won many honors for Pakistan before, including hoisting the flag of Pakistan at the North Pole and the South Pole, and her life is a symbol for Pakistani women of continuous struggle and achieving their goals and it is a great example of constant hard work.
