RAWALPINDI :The Resident of Chaklala village Ch wazir rehmat have appealed to Chief justice of Pakistan , ombudsman, Chief minister Punjab mian Shehbaz Sharif And Cooperative Society punjab DOR And department of Revenue that they give justice and initiate criminal proceedings and inhebit me my plots
Speaking at the press conference held at Rawalpindi press club senior citizen CH wazeer Rehmat said that his land with Airport Housing Society measuring 25 Kanals Inteqal Numbers 18306,18307,18308,18309,18310 Am Developers Raja Arshad and BOGRA Village’s Malik Mustafa Putwari and his son Malik Aftab named this land in the name of Airport Housing Society AECHS and made false promise of endorsing Sectror 4, 5 Murlas 25 Plots but only initiated 21 plots in his name they isued the ownership title but so far possession has not been granted. Whereas sold one plot number 1765 on which a house has been built. While we contacted they promised once again that by mistake that plot was sold, we would name the balance shortly. We kept on visiting the society but possession has not been granted yet.
And now through fraudulent measure are selling our land. In Nasir Colony Airport Society put up a tube well on my land, on that promissed to alot a commercial plot in society and pay RS 25 lakh but till today did not fulfilled promisse to alot land and pay RS 25 Lakh.
He said current Secretary Zubair, issued letter to DR Hassan Abbass in which it was accepted clearly that plots are ours, despite of it DR Hasan Abass did not do anything, and tried to squeeze down the matter but inspite of it president AECHS Rana Ubaid , Secretary Zubair, former Secretary Shehrar Yaar Ashraf and brother of President AECHS Rana Zahid Rana Qamar, are seling my property and witholding all.
He said person Raja Arshad dealing our land is in jail on some offence wheras Malik Mustafa Putwari and his son Malik Aftab are not favouring us, these people in the name of AECHS got our land endorsed and had assured that will bestow our land to us Rana Ubaid who is been charged of corruption and murder no pious citizen raise his vioce, Mohsin Abass is concuidered king of corruption he has with him several applications of ACHES members, to whgich he trashes in the garbage, and takes in heavy bribe, media can themselves see Hasan Abass DR come to office on his personal will, and people wait for him whole day, They appealed to Chief Justice of Pakistan, Federal Ombudsman, Chief Minister Punjab Mian Nawaz Sharif, and DR of Co-op Society Punjab to register case against such fradulants, and let me enjoy having my plots property back to me. ?
