In current scenrio the plight condition, agony and painful story of Kashmorian can not be expressed by a tender-hearted man in soft words. Since last few years time to time every inhuman episodes of very terrible, dreadful, gruesome and heinous crimes are being highlighted and reported on print and electronic media but political figures are speechless and PPP led govt is silent spectator and actionless against involved elements. Our district Kashmore has now become Wana and Waziristan owing to ever increasing rampant and unremitting criminal activities of unleashed dacoits. The incidents of robberies, kidnappings, theft, motor-bikes snatching and tribal clashes are the order of the day. There is not a single day when there is no any kidnapping case was not reported. As per reports collected by media currently, more than 20 persons are in custody of bandits and are made hostages. The humiliating videos of brutally torturing and tied with chains of kidnappees are being made viral on social media accounts like Facebook and Whatsapp groups by kidnappers. Huge amount of ransom money for the safe release of kidnappees is demanded from their heirs. The victim’s family is threatened and intimidated if their demands were not met immediately they will mercilessly torture their dears to death and send them back their dead bodies. Oh my God! When the pacifist dwellers of district Kashmore will get rid of the rule of jungle…?? The unpleasant and untoward incidents of murder, honour killings, tribal clashes and abducting are the order of the day which made the lives of peace-loving people miserably unbearable. The robbers commit crimes in broad daylight on motorways and national highways without any fear of Police or other law enforcement agencies. The writ of Sindh Police is found nowhere in the whole district of Kashmore. Due to soft corner policy of state with criminals, surprisingly and very sadly now even the Policemen and their SHO, ASI ranked officers are also being targeted, attacked, kidnapped and killed at the hands of gangs of criminals to exert pressure to stop the on-going crackdown against them. Recently, a joint action of Sindh Police and paramilitary forces has been launched against various gangs of dacoits in the Katcha areas of district Kashmore, Ghotki and Shikar Pur but unfortunately, so-far no any visible breakthrough and desired results have been observed and achieved by them except demolition of few houses of gangsters. On the other hand in reaction the incidents of lifting of the masses was accelerated and expedited by robbers. The on-going operation initiated against lawbreakers seems to be “Topi-Drama” but nothing in letter and spirit rather than a formality to embezzle the funds of millions of rupees specified and allocated for expenses of Police operation. Now the network of dacoits has become so strengthened, fortified and strong that they openly challenge the writ of police, paramilitary forces and other law enforcement agencies by saying that they can not combat our sophisticated war weapons available to them. It is a big question and a matter of grave concern for all of us that how this type of dangerous weapons and huge arsenal safely reaches at the hands of criminal gangs. All the stakeholders and relevant authorities should sit-together and come on same page to show “Zero Tolerance” against criminal elements, their accomplices, co-factors, supporters, sympathizers, facilitators and defenders. The time has already come that state should take serious and strict action against perpetrators and very seriously ponder over the plight condition of Kashmore without any further delay as many families have migrated earlier to safer places and settled in other parts of country because of consistent atrocities of criminals and ever incessant crime rate and sencing their movable and unmovable property unsafe. How pitiful it is that the electables of district Kashmore due to their vested interested are also lip-stitched and blind-folded over the worsening condition of law and order in Kashmore which made the people very confused. Daily criminal activities of dacoits created a lot of fear and panic among the masses throughout the district. The life cycle as well as social activities of populace and business activities of merchant community came to standstill. Simultaneously, the white collar, the poor and labour class is affected to a great deal as they feel themselves minnows, very feeble, helpless, un-influential, insecure and easy prey to criminals.Through the courtesy of this renowned and the most trusted English Daily Newspaper, I would like to draw the kind attention of Sindh govt, electables and other stakeholders to review their wrong policies, take stern and swift decisive action against the criminal elements to vacate and clear the “No_Go_Areas” created within Pakka and Katcha areas from them so that peace can prevail in the region and every rank and file can take a sigh of real relief at the earliest
