Rawalpindi, (Parliament Times) : The anti-encroachment department of Cantonment Board Rawalpindi conducted an operation against the encroachment mafia in different areas of the cantt. Encroachments on footpaths and pedestrian areas are being removed for public convenience. All footpaths, and temporary and permanent encroachments outside shops will be removed.
CEO Syed Ali Irfan Razvi said that illegal encroachments will not be tolerated under any circumstances and action will be taken against those obstructing the flow of traffic including pedestrians.
