ZHOB: Superintendent Police Lieutenant (R) Fahad Khan Khosa while addressing at Khuli Kachehri (open court) held at the police station here, said that the police will spare no sacrifice in the fulfillment of duty to protect the lives and property of citizens. Concrete steps would be taken to completely eradicate the menace of drugs and improve the traffic system in the city. Holding the Khuli Kachehri he said, was aimed at redressing the grievances of citizens. He said, police were making all-out efforts to protect the life and property of people despite lack of resources.

Station House Officer Sher Ali Mandokhail, Sub-Inspector Ajmal Mandokhail, Sub-Inspector Abdul Ghafoor, SI Amir Shah Mandokhail, ASI Sajjad and Abdul Rehman Pathan were also present on the occasion. Representatives of trade union and political parties including Gul Zaman Nasar, Abdul Rehman Amin, Syed Afzal Shah, Malik Asmatullah Miankhail, Nadir Baloch, Maula Dad Qureshi, Anwer Jan Mandokhail, Abdullah Khan Kakar, Razzaq Sherani, Molvi Abdul Hameed Mardanzai and Sadiq Mandokhail attended the open court to record their complaints.

Presenting a four-month performance report, SHO Sher Ali Mandokhail said that a large quantity of drugs and illegal weapons has been seized since he has assumed the charge. Following a robbery, Rs. 250,000 cash, three stolen motorcycles and three accused have been arrested. Mover over, the police sent behind the bars four wanted fugitives and seventy five proclaimed offenders. Suspects wanted to Dukki, Killa Abdullah and KP police have also been arrested. One hundred and twenty incidents of clashes have also been settled between the rival groups with help of mediation committee. Meanwhile, the citizens expressed pleasure over the satisfactory performance of police and said the people have been provided as sense of security as the police team headed by SHO Sher Ali Mandokhail was performing in a befitting manner.
