NEW YORK: In New York, Pakistan Mission to United Nations organized a ceremony in connection with 53rd anniversary of Defence and Martyrs Day.
Addressing the ceremony, Pakistan’s Permanent Representative at the United Nations in New York Maleeha Lodhi said Pakistan’s valiant armed forces are capable of meeting any challenge to the country.
The Pakistani envoy praised the brave defenders of country and said any nation that does not honour its heroes will not long endure.
The Mission also organized an impressive exhibition of photographs of Pakistan’s martyrs and heroes
