ISLAMABAD: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Islamabad has filed affidavit in Islamabad High Court (IHC) in the case of alleged kidnapping of IT expert.
A single bench of IHC led by Justice Athar Minallah Wednesday took up for hearing case of Sajid Mehmood IT expert allegedly kidnapped from Islamabad.
At the inception of hearing Omar Ijaz Gillani advocate appeared on behalf of the petitioner in the court and on the other side deputy commissioner Islamabad Capt (Retd) Mushtaq filed affidavit.
The court adjourned the hearing of case till December 22.
On the petition filed by wife of allegedly kidnapped IT expert Sajid Mehmood the court had ordered Islamabad administration and police officers to file affidavit who were appointed in Islamabad at the time of kidnapping of IT expert.
