Islamabad: (Parliament Times) The administration of Federal Ministry for Capital Administration Development Division (CADD) and Polyclinic Hospital has failed to start work on the project of expansion of Polyclinic Hospital in the ongoing fiscal year 2016-2017 .

The respective management of ministry of CADD and Polyclinic hospital succeeded in grabbing the land of Argentina Park, however they failed to work out a feasibility report of the project.

According to sources, the officials failed to seek approval of the report from the relevant authority due to shortage of funds.

According to documents Rs100 million were allocated for expansion of the project in 2016-2017 budget, however, this fund could not be released due to non starting of work. The fund is likely to be lapsed now. .

The total cost of the project was estimated at Rs4 billion in the budget documents and on the other hand the CADD Ministry worked out estimated cost at Rs7 billion in the budget proposals compiled for the ongoing financial year 2016-17..
