The World Minorities Alliance plans to hold its second international interfaith conference in August of the same year. To make it interesting for the whole world, people from all over the United States will be invited to participate in this photo competition, in which artists of all ages will be invited to paint pictures of the Secretary General of the United Nations, the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Patron in Chief of Commonwealth of Nations.
The United Nations will be persuaded by the WMA to convince International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank and others to issue an international debt relief lottery specifically for developing countries and The UN should formulate a policy for all, whereby 50% of the lottery proceeds will be distributed to the lottery candidates, and 50% of the loan proceeds will remain with the UN.
This Loan ending Lottery will help to end loans all over the world.
On this occasion Jay Salik said that 1-entry will be absolutely free to participate in the painting competition.
2- There will be no restrictions on age and gender.
3- participants can create artworks with any type of oil paint, pencil work, paste color, and water color.

4- And more than one picture can be made but no other picture will be included in the competition except those issued by WMA.
5- While it will be necessary for participants to paste their name and a passport size photo on the back of his or her artwork and send it to Washington.
-6 Image size will be 2′ × 2′ 1/2″.
7- Each picture made of different materials will be placed in a separate category.

8- The first three positions will be awarded by Patron General WMAMS Faisal himself and all the rest will be given certificates of appreciation.

This second world conference will be held in New York in the month of August.
