Lakki Marwat : As many as 6 police personnel including an ASI were martyred during terrorist attack on police mobile van here Wednesday.
Those who were martyred include 4 constables and driver.
Police Van was attacked when the police personnel were on routine patrol in the area.
Police said the terrorists hit the police van on Abbasia road in Lakki Marwat.
The bodies were shifted to hospital for medico legal proceedings.
The police have besieged the area and started search operation.
KP Chief Minister has sought report about attack on police van from the IG police.
The CM KP said the incident is very tragic and cowardly. The sacrifices of the martyrs will not go waste, he added.
He expressed his condolences with the bereaved families and prayed for eternal peace of the martyred souls and patience for their families.
