Career is a very major decision of an individual’s life. Choosing this major decision can change an individual’s life and one can pursue more achievements and goals. The people who do not identify their main career or goal may suffer for a long time. Many people face failures in career choosing, why? Because they have not been guided through a proper kind of career counseling. Career counseling helps individuals to identify and explore more career options, make informed decisions about their future by locating their area of interest. In a country where there is fewer or less guidance of career counseling, this problem is a huge portion. If an individual is capable and interested in doing arts and gets into another area of studies then his/her efficiency will not be as much as needed in the very field. There are multiple issues regarding this failure such as societal issues, family issues etc, they may lead to twin minded situations within a person. A proper career counseling is needed within a state or area to locate interests, values and skills among people or the young generation. This will lead to satisfaction in one’s life and their efficiency will not be dispersed in unconcerned institutions.
