RAWALAKOT, (Crime Reporter) : In the case of Sardar Tahir Mehmood Aslam and Danish Aslam, the Sessions Judge’s Court, while announcing the verdict, canceled the interim bail and ordered the arrest of the accused Danish Aslam; the main accused named in the FIR in the case of assaulting and injuring Khawaja Abdul Farim in Chak Dhamni area of ??RAWALAKOT. Police arrested accused Danish Aslam from court and transferred him to police station. Another named accused Tahir Mahmood’s bail was confirmed. Waqas Afsar Advocate on behalf of citizen Khawaja Abdul Fareem and Zahid Rafiq Advocate on behalf of accused Tahir Mahmood and Danish Aslam followed. Furthermore, after initial statements, the police registered a report and for further action, the injured Khawaja Abdul Fareem was taken to CMH Rawalakot for medical treatment. On the order of the court, the district administration formed a medical board through the office of DHO Poonch. The court on Friday canceled the bail of accused Danish Aslam. Police arrested accused Danish Aslam and transferred him to the police station.
