Islamabad,(Parliament Times) : Chairman Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement Altaf Ahmed Bhat denounces arbitrary killing of youth and delimitation of IIOJ&K

While talking to media here in Islamabad today Altaf Ahmed Bhat said that Modi led BJP government of India has started the demographic carving of Jammu & Kashmir. Their ill agendas are meant to change the Muslim majority into a minority by allowing non-resident hardcore Hindu RSS goons to buy land and settle in the disputed region.

Modi-led fascist Indian regime is changing the demography of Muslim majority IIOJK by different tactics and is misleading the international community about the actual ground situation of the territory.

Chairman JKSM Altaf Ahmed Bhat added that the Indian government’s sole motive to revoke Article 370 & 35A in an unconstitutional and undemocratic manner was to put the territory on sale and annihilate the Kashmiris’ identity.
He said that allowing the use of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes is another nail in the coffin of the “land to the tiller” reforms in IIOJ&K.

The real estate in J&K will be purchased by corporate companies who have the blessings of the BJP and it will not give any benefit to the economy of the region,” he said, adding that depriving common people of their jobs and livelihood and maximization of profits is the sole aim of the corporate sector and to change the demography of the region. Bhat added.

Condemning the recent killing of youth in the valley chairman Altaf Ahmed Bhat further added that, While Modi led BJP government has given free hand to its occupational forces in IIOJ&K to use brutal force and target kill educated youth of Kashmir. Moreover, Not letting the youth who are pursuing professional degrees in other countries is also the biggest hurdle for youth.

Chairman JKSM also appealed to United Nations, OIC, P5, developed Nations and Humanitarian organizations to intervene to save humanity in IIOJ&K from the wrath of Indian occupational forces, and force India to respect UN resolutions and give the people of IIOJ&K right to self-determination as agreed upon at United Nations.
