MUZAFFARABAD, (Parliament Times) : The eighth annual Gold Medal Ceremony was held at RT Bandhan Hall Upper adda on Thursday under the auspices of Green Hills Science College. Gold medals, silver medals, bronze medals and certificates of appreciation were distributed among the students who secured prominent positions in the competitive examinations by preparing from Green Hills Institute of Premier Studies. Students of various colleges and universities participated in the ceremony. Former Education Minister Mian Abdul Waheed was the special guest of the occasion. Other guests included Secretary Shahid Ayub, Bisharat Mughal, Naz Muzaffarabadi, Liaquat Ali Khan, Sabir Naqvi, Anwar Hussain, Wilayat Khan, Syed Shafqat Hussain Kazmi and others. Dr. Raja Muhammad Adib Khan, Managing Director, Anwar-ul-Haq Co- Executive Director and Principal Rizwan Ali Baig and others addressed the function. Green Hills College prepares hundreds of students each year for medical, engineering, and other competitive exams, and holds the “Gypsy Gold Medal Ceremony” each year to encourage successful students. The participants appreciated the efforts of Green Hills Science College. Green Hills Science College has been playing its role for the development of the country and the nation for the last eight years. The graduates of the institute are performing their duties of service to the society with their professional skills in various hospitals, colleges, universities, academic and literary and other welfare fields. At the end of the ceremony, a special prayer was offered for the development of the country and the nation.
