Service delivery at the front desk can be improved. By setting up a police station record in a professional manner, crime detection and policing can be improved. The aim of the training workshop is to improve the efficiency of the staff, SSP Investigations Syed Ghazanfar Ali said. Addressing a training workshop for the front desk staff stationed at the station, he said that compiling a police station record in a professional manner could further improve crime detection and policing.The training workshop was attended by 118 front desk officers.
