Muzaffarabad, (Parliament Times) : President Pakistan Peoples Party Azad Kashmir Chaudhry Latif Akbar has removed Sardar Abid Hussain Abid, Finance Secretary of the party, for violating party discipline, using the powers vested in him under the organizational constitution. According to a notification issued on Saturday, Sardar Abid Hussain Abid, who applied for a party ticket from LA-21, Rawalakot to contest the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly seat. But, the party’s parliamentary board did not accept his request and ruled in favor of another candidate, Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan, but Sardar Abid Hussain Abid did not accept the board’s decision.
The campaign against the party’s nominee continued. Despite repeated requests, Sardar Abid Hussain Abid did not relinquish the rights of Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob and was found guilty of violating party discipline, for which he is immediately removed from the post of Finance Secretary of the party.
