ISLAMABAD, (Parliament Times) : According to a statement issued by the Central Information Office, Khawaja Saifuddin, head of the Central Committee of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front(JKLF), said that the cases filed against Muhammad Yasin Malik, chairman of the disreputable Tihar Jail in India, were nothing, but illusory and political revenge. He said, in addition to the decades-old cases, the re-issuance of notices on new cases from the police stations of different districts across Jammu and Kashmir was in fact a notorious attempt to demoralize the high spirits of Quaid-e-Inqilab. He further said that the unparalleled sacrifices made for the complete independence of the state of Jammu and Kashmir would not be allowed to go in vain. On the occasion, Khawaja Saif-ud-Din said that Muhammad Yasin Malik, the beloved national leader of the people from both sides of the Revolution and the divided state, resisted the political retribution of the extremist Indian government by enduring the hardships of his high vision, unshakable courage and solitary confinement. Khawaja Saifuddin also demanded immediate and unconditional release of thousands of freedom fighters including Muhammad Yasin Malik from the Indian government and also release of Raja Tanveer from the government of Pakistan.

Khawaja Saifuddin said that the state of Jammu and Kashmir is an indivisible unity, which will never be allowed to be torn apart. He said that the people of the state of Jammu and Kashmir would resolutely fight any conspiracy or project at the state level which was heading towards the division of the state. The crude attempt by India to tarnish the state identity and divide the state through military aggression and state terrorism on August 5, 2019 was rejected by the Kashmiri people, also integration of Gilgit-Baltistan(GB) into Pakistan would be a futile endeavor which would be challenged at the national level, He added to the conversation. Khawaja Saifuddin once again warned the government of Pakistan to refrain from implementing such an unconstitutional, immoral and anti-Kashmir plan or it would not be considered as treason against Kashmiris and such a plan. The path of resistance will be taken at the state level. According to the spokesperson, on this occasion, Khawaja Saifuddin called on Maqsood Tahir, brother-in-law of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front leaders Muzammil Haq Adil (France) and brother-in-law of Najib Khan (Australia) and uncle of Adnan Hanif (France), father of Sardar Gulfraz (Birmingham). Shabir Ahmed, mother of South Africa, father of Shakeel Ahmed Khan (Qatar), sister-in-law of Engineer Rafaqat Baig (Qatar) and father of Anjum Ali (Bokra), besides Shabir Ahmed, senior leader of the Freedom Front of Jammu and Kashmir in Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Expressing deep sorrow and grief over the demise of Salati, he prayed for forgiveness and paradise for the deceased and patience and beauty for the mourners.
