LAHORE: Raja Najabat Hussain, Chairman, Jammu and Kashmir Tehreek-e-Haq Khudaradiyat International, UK, has said that peace in South Asia cannot be established without resolving the Kashmir issue. The international community must take action against India for its grave human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir. He expressed these views while addressing a special meeting on the occasion of his visit to Kashmir Center, Lahore. The Secretary General of the Movement Muhammad Azam, President of the Youth Parliament of Pakistan Obaid Qureshi and Tabish Abbasi were also present on the occasion. Director General Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell Fida Hussain Kayani, AD Inamul Hassan and Assistant Center Raja Nadeem Sarwar welcomed him and briefed him about the activities of Kashmir Center Research Wing Lahore. DG Fida Hussain Kayani on the occasion said that the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell, in line with the vision of the Prime Minister Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan, is working effectively to highlight the Kashmir issue and expose the grave human rights violations in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Speech competitions are regularly organized every year at the level of colleges and universities of Azad Kashmir to create awareness among the youth about the Kashmir issue. Various seminars and conferences are organized in collaboration with national and international organizations. Speaking on the occasion, Raja Najabat Hussain, Chairman, Jammu and Kashmir Tehreek-e-Haq Khudaradit International, said that he himself has been associated with this organization, which is very useful and important for the Kashmir Independence Movement. He paid homage to the Prime Minister of the State of Jammu and Kashmir Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan for his efforts to make the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell functional and effective. Raja Najabat Hussain said that in future his organization would continue to work closely with the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell to highlight the right of Kashmiris to self-determination at national and international level and to highlight the struggle of Kashmiris in collaboration with each other.
