Lahore: PPP leader Chaudhry Mukhtar Ahmad has passed away.
The family sources while confirming the death news of Ch Mukhtar Ahmad said he was sick since the last several days.
Ch Mukhtar remained defence minister from 2008 to 2013 and he had remained commerce minister, minster for water and power and defence minister during different period.
The political leaders have expressed grief over the demise of Chaudhry Mukhtar.
Minister for science and technology Fawad Chaudhry while expressing grief over the demise of Chaudhry Mukhtar said he used to hold political discussion with him and he will be remembered for ever in Pakistani politics.
