Why do you want to involve the court in the matters of political nature. Tell us what fundamental right of yours has been affected. Is there not a parliament in the country.

The counsel told the court when parliament does not do its job therefore, we come to you.

During the course of hearing of the case the court stopped the counsel from speaking against the parliament.
