Un secretary general Antanio Guterres said.“The covid pandemic is a public human health emergency but it is far more.It is an economic crisis,a social crises.And a human crisis that at fast, becoming a human rights crisis”.The pandemic has wrecked havoc economies at worldwide and caused great panic overall. It was first appeared in Wuhan city of China yet it is an ongoing issue. The World War 1 and World War 2 caused great destruction in the whole world which fought with nuclear bombs and weapons. From that time poor or middle countries were affected ,like Pakistan,India,Afghanistan and many other countries. Pandemic consider to be a biological war which has laid down developed
countries they are USA, Germany, France and Italy as well Pakistan severely affected. Pakistan first case confirmed on February 26, subsequently the danger zone came as it had gulped (5,599) lives and expected cases (256k) included ministers. Pakistan is the fifth most populous country in the world,where outbreak spreads immediately. Untrained medical staff suffered alot,transport, bussines, airlines restricted due to Covid-19 which made harsh impact upon Pakistan economy which so called economic
deficit. Furthermore, Pakistan estimated loss upto Rs. 2.5 trillion due to Covid-19 in the current fiscal year. Daily wagers suffered utmost from the pandemic.There is always competition between the federal and provincial governments, so they should be work together. If people follow SOPs ,so may be cases can be reduced. Locust Outbreak The pandemic played an extensive role in annihilation of humans as well as locust incorporation,which may cause food threat.They prefer moist areas and are voracious eaters.Eat about 2 gram fresh vegetation. Farmers have been already suffered alot due to the pandemic, now helplessly watching as their crops eaten by locusts. The government declared a national emergency in the arising of locust infestation in February fears about food security. which are at high risk as both lawmakers and agriculture sector were aware of how badly locust damaged crops such as cotton, rice and other crops last year. Food and Agriculture Organization, reported that locust outbreak almost total 38% in Pakistan, the most affected province is Balochistan 60%, Sindh25% and Punjab15% respectively.
This year has been persisted on outbreak said to be the worst year in the history. Resultly, the scale of the destruction forecasted severe damage in areas where major Rabi crops like, wheat and oilseeds grow. Agriculture losses could reach at Rs 205 billion(USD 1.3billion) deemed a damage level of 15% to the production of wheat and potato.The FAO estimated 25% total lossess of about Rs 353 billion for the Rabi crops and about Rs 464 billion for kharif crops. China is the largest producer of pesticides. The government should take some measures with the assistance of FAO and China to mitigate locust
through pesticide and spraying. Moonsoon Rain is the most essential blessing on the earth. Each year during moonsoon, Pakistan suffers similar condition across country. Generally in Summer, monsoon season is source for cultivation. which fed agricultural areas, refill groundwater reservoir, replenishes water resources for hydropower system also it has drastic effect which lead to destitution, citizens faces ample difficulties such as average more rainfalls, floods threat, locust infestations multipy by rainfall, crops destruction, electric wires breakdown these all things still happening. Officials reported that Sindh
and Kashmir would receive around 20% more rainfall and Punjab 10%. Pakistan will probably receive 140.8 millimeters of rainfall from July to sep. The government should take reliable measure to mitigate the causes. Segregate contamination, old building inspection and electrical sector should be ameliorate.Need timely planning and close cooperation between the federal and provincial government to avert the disaster. TerroismTerroism is the heinous use of violence to create a general climate of fear in humans. Whole world has been suffering from terroism since the dawn of the 21st century. It always have threatened the peace of the world. Terroism is itself the ideology of destruction. False promulgation of religions, coercion of government, poverty, unemployment and Prefidious against the
government are major causes of promoting the war. This has negative impact which hit directly on economy and integration by creating market uncertainty, loss of tourism,trade and investment. Terrorist mainly strive to destroy the public sense of security,major targets are buildings,hospitals,malls,and the government economic sector. Furthermore,Pakistan has never been free from the invisible boundaries of terrorism. Recently, Balochistan Liberal Army(BLA)militant attacked at the busy stock exchange market building with firing and grenades.At least 3 security guard and a police sub inspector were killed ,while 7 people were injured and mission was also foiled by police. Hence, Pakistan has been suffering from uncountable problems.
