Islamabad: (Parliament Times) PML-N President Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif on Monday made a phone call to AJK Information Minister Raja Mushtaq Ahmed Minhas to inquire about to inquire after his well-being.
According to a statement Sharif wished the Information Minister good health and prayed for his speedy recovery.
It may be recalled here that Minhas after being tested positive for coronavirus has decided to self-quarantine himself at his home. He has been shifted to Military Hospital (MH) Rawalpindi last night on the special directions of the former prime minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
“It was after the instructions of the PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif and the insistence of AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan that Minhas agreed to get himself hospitalized”, the statement said.
On the other hand, the news of him (Minhas) being hospitalized at MH Rawalpindi caused a wave of distress among his fans and well wishers within and outside the Azad Kashmir. Meanwhile a spokesperson for the AJK Information Minister had appealed to all his friends and well-wishers to offer individual and collective prayers for the speedy recovery of Information Minister.
