Lahore: Opposition leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif has written a letter to Chinese President Xi Jinping and thanked him from Pakistani nation for supporting Kashmir.
Shehbaz Sharif wrote that support on Kashmir by China is the reflection of your longstanding friendship.
Me and my party will continue efforts to promote China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), he added.
Shehbaz Sharif said China has proved that it is a trustworthy friend of Pakistan.
Chinese President in real gives this friendship a name of “Iron Brothers”.
I believe that CPEC is good news of progress for the whole region.
It has been said in the letter that Pakistan wished to see CPEC as successful example of inter-state relations.
