Muzaffarabad: Protest Procession followed by a rally was held under the aegis of International Forum for Justice and Human rights and Pasban-e-Hurriyat against Indian atrocities and killing of youngsters in Indian Occupied Kashmir during Ramadan.
Protestors marched from district complex Muzaffarabad to Burhan Wani Chowk and chanted anti India and pro-freedom slogans, they voiced, “Go India GO Back, We Want Freedom, India Stop Killing us”.

Speakers in the protest stressed that Indian armed forces have suppressed the voice of Kashmiri people who endeavors for their liberation, “Indian forces deliberately target youngsters to abate the freedom struggle but these maneuvers cannot extinguish the spirit of Kashmiri people who have been struggling for their basic right for the last 71 years” one of the speaker Uzair Ahmed Ghazali said while addressing on the occasion.

Speakers reiterated that our youth in Indian Occupied Kashmir are our forefront strugglers who raise their voice without armaments and facing Indian brutalities every day. They said that they are facing 0.7 million armed paramilitary forces with stones.

Protestors expressed their deep concern over the silent role of United Nations (UN), they demanded that the UN must take stern notice on the deteriorating situation in Indian Occupied Kashmir and implement its resolutions on Kashmir besides provision of basic human rights to Kashmiri people through plebiscite.

People in the protest paid rich tribute to the martyrs of Kashmir freedom movement including Zakir Rasheed Butt and others who have been targeted by Indian Armed forces in the holy month of Ramadan.

Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Uzair Ahmed Ghazali, Vice Chairman International forum for justice and Human rights Mushtaq ul Islam, Syed Muzaffar Shah, Shaukat Javed Mir, Usman Ali Hashim, Shafique Inqabali and Shaheed Ishaq also addressed on the occasion.
