KARACHI: Former president Asif Ali Zardari has said government has failed to implement National Action Plan (NAP) in letter and spirit. Condemning the terror attack in Quetta Asif Ali Zardari said innocent people were targeted in terrorist attack. Government has failed in implementing NAP in letter and spirit. Expressing sympathy with the family members of Quetta blast victims he said government should bring terrorists and their facilitators to justice.
