FRANCE: AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan has strongly denounced the arrest of APHC leaders including Yasin Malik by Indian forces in Indian Occupied Kashmir.

Addressing a luncheon hosted by PML-N President for France Raja Ashfaq he asked the international community to take notice of seeking more army by to the Occupied Kashmir adding that it had already 800,000 militaries in the held valley. Every nook and corner has been besieged by the Indian army making the movement of people of Kashmir hardest, he stated. The armed forces are engaged in siege and search operation of every village and town there.

“Mr. Haider said despite all out operations of Indian forces Kashmiris are giving them strongest resistance. Their spirit for freedom is strengthening and cementing with every passing day. Despite heights of cruelties people of Kashmir display the love of Pakistan by hoisting Pakistani flags on top of their houses” he stated.

He said we have inseparable bonds and relations with Pakistan and no one could separate us. Pakistan he said has always continued moral, diplomatic and political support of people of Kashmir.

He said he wants to move ahead on Kashmir in consultation with all political parties. Kashmir liberation struggle has always been the top priority of my government, he remarked.

Meanwhile Prime Minister directed the district and Tehsil officers to remain alert in view of the prevalent situation. A letter issued from PM
Secretariat urges the deputy commissioners, SSPs and assistant commissioners to make necessary arrangements in their districts for safety of the people. It says that all the health centers should be ensured required facilities. It also urges on safety of school children and adds that district health officers should also remain alert to meet any emergency. District Food Controllers have also been directed to ensure smooth supply of food. The letter urges the concerned officials to stay in contact with armed forces and make sure there is no large gathering in areas close to the LoC.
