Mansehra: The president Pakistan Peoples Party AJK chapter Ch. Latif Akbar has said that PTI government has miserably failed to deliver and address the masses’ problems.
Addressing PPP’s workers’ convention here on Thursday Mr. Akbar said that there were serious challenges to the country’s economy but government lacked the much needed political acumen and wisdom to address the country’s financial woes. Launching a scathing attack on federal government he said the inability and incompetence of the men at the helm of affairs have further deepened the crisis in the country. On the other hand he said that corruption, bribery and violation of merit has now become a routine matter in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
Terming PPP as the party of common people he said, ” We believe in rule of law, principles and stand for a particular ideology aimed at serving common masses”. He said that the PPP is the party that gave a consensus constitution to the country, initiated nuclear and missile programme, which he said had made the defense of the country impregnable and strong.
Others who spoke on the ocassion included, Zhazi Khan former minister KPK, Ikhtiarullah president PPP KPK chapter, Sardar Javed Ayoub, Ch,. Rasheed, Azhar Naqvi, Shaheen Kousar Dar, Bazil Naqvi, Syed Azadar Shah and several others.
