MUZAFFARABAD: (Parliament Times) The concerned departments of AJK have been asked to kick off preparations to celebrate the 71stFounding Day of Azad Jammu and Kashmir in a befitting manner.
A meeting in this context, headed by chief engineer Public Works department, Afraz Khan was held here on Thursday. The meeting reviewed the arrangements relating to arrangements of programmes in central ceremony on Oct 24 (AJK Founding Day).
The meeting decided that central ceremony would be held in Police Line Muzaffarabad and urged all the concerned departments to fulfill their responsibilities and coordinate with each other on holding of central ceremony. It was necessary for finalizing all arrangements well in time, the meeting observed.
SP Reserve Abid Mir, deputy director information Muhammad Bashir Mirza, deputy secretary services Ch. Muhammad Rafique, executive engineer local government, deputy director liberation cell attended the meeting.
