Rawalpindi: Executive Officer Rawalpindi Cant Board has setup special complaint center to redress the grievances of people regarding water.
A senior official of the department will be appointed to ensure immediate response to complaints.
In case of negligence the officials concerned will be proceeded against as per law.
On the other hand, if other field staff including sanitation branch, electronic branch, water supply branch, garden branch, building control cell fail to facilitate the public, departmental inquiry will be launched against them.
