TORONTO: Pakistan High Commissioner to Canada Tariq Azeem Khan has urged Pakistani-Canadians to integrate well in Canadian society and dispel the fears about Muslims.
Addressing the 20th Annual Canada Day dinner at Toronto, he said to achieve that they need to interact with the Canadians at all levels to show them their real culture, customs and traditions.
Tariq Azeem Khan said Canada’s strong performance is rooted in effective immigration policies, the positive impact of which is evident among Canadians of all origins and faiths, including Muslims.
