In the Holy month of Ramadan we have different eating habits. In ramadan we change our eating habits which is not the normal part of our daily routine. Due to this change in pattern complaints of stomach burn and indigestion increases. Usually at hospitals, 1/3 of patients are having problem of stomach burn. But during Ramadan the problem of stomach burn and indigestion increases because of eating a lot of different food in Iftar at once .In Ramadan the use of spicy and fried stuff increases like pickles and fritters and other food stuff which can cause many problems related to stomach.Go easy on the oil “Deep fried food like samosas and pakoras are the staple of iftari tables and these can disturb the metabolism and can cause headaches fatigue and dizziness etc. That’s why we should use simple food stuff and avoid using lots of spicy food specially patients of diabetes and high blood pressure and after Iftari one should take at least 40 steps as per Islamic saying.
