Gujranwala: Ameer Jamaat ud Dawa (JuD) Hafiz Muhammad Saeed sees India’s ceasefire drama an attack on the Kashmir’s freedom movement. “Just like Indian gun politics, all other attempts of India will be failed in Jammu-Kashmir. We are not against the dialogue with India, all that we say is Indian state terrorism which has crossed all limits. India would not succeed in cheating the Hurriyat leadership. Kashmir freedom movement is in conclusive phase. India has to quit Kashmir if it is serious in solving the issue. To give Kahsmiris the right of self determination is the only way to establish peace in the region.”
He was delivering Friday Sermon in Jamia Masjid Aqsa. Thousands of men and women offered Friday prayer. Hafiz Muhammad Saeed prayed for the defence of Pakistan and for the oppressed Muslims of Kashmir, Palestine and other territories.
He said, “Indian army chief has confessed that his army has failed in Jammu-Kashmir. Due to the sacrifices of the brave Kashmiri sons, India has been forced to negotiate. Indian political leadership announced ceasefire to cheat.”
He further said, “On one hand, India talks about dialogue and on the other hand, Kashmiris are being martyred on a daily basis. Their property is being ruined, and gardens and crops are being burnt. Similarly, the ruling party BJP is also opposing ceasefire and is threatening to capture Azad Kashmir. It is our duty to help the oppressed Kashmiris.”
