Rawalpindi: New Anti-Polio campaign will start from 7th May and conclude on 11th May and all the preparation for making the drive success have been finalized.
As per media reports about 8,50000 children will be administered polio drops during this campaing. On the other hand over 300 families are said to be refusing to allow their children to be administered polio drops.
These families will be focused under this campaign. Senior staff will go along the teams to administer polio vaccination to those children while after this campaign UNCEF has also started making preparations to conduct the third party survey about polio virus in Rawalpindi.
