ISLAMABAD: Accountability Court Islamabad resumed hearing of NAB reference regarding Avenfield Properties against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family members today (Thursday).
Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir is hearing the case.
Nawaz Sharif appeared before the Court this morning after which he was allowed to leave.
Head of the Joint Investigation Team Wajid Zia will record his statement today.
Earlier, in an informal talk with the newsmen on the occasion, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said we want rule of law and supremacy of constitution in the country.
He said we are not in favor of confrontation but are only desirous of running the country in accordance with law.
