ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has sought list of property owners from CDA to detect tax evaders.
According to media reports, FBR has asked CDA like previous year to provide list of property owners this year enabling it to detect tax non filers. The list should contain the information including address of property, name and address of present owner of property, NIC No, transfer date of property and cost of transfer of property.
Media reports further said that FBR has also sought list of owners of 48 buildings located in three posh sectors of Islamabad including E-7, F-7 and F-8.
