Islamabad: Member Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly (MLA) Syed Ali Raza Bukhari called on Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir (PM AJK) Raja Farooq Haider Khan here on Sunday.

MLA Ali Raza Bukhair in the meeting presented a report to PM AJK of his visit to Turkey, America and Britain to highlight Kashmir issue on International Forums.

Member Assembly apprised the Prime Minister that he gave briefings to more than half dozen of different forms about Indian aggression in occupied Kashmir, and co-operation by Pakistan’s consulate in this regard was commendable.

Pir Syed Ali Raza said, ‘‘the Kashmiri Diaspora in collaboration with their local governments playing an important role in highlighting Kashmir issue, by exposing Indian atrocities.’’

On the occasion, PM AJK expressed satisfaction on Syed Ali Raza Bukhari’s endeavors of highlighting Kashmir issue on various international conferences and forums.

PM AJK said that the PML-N government has highlighted Kashmir issue on the domestic and foreign level amicably besides solving public issues on priority basis.

“Kashmir issue is the first priority of incumbent government in addition of development and to construe the slogan of ‘Good Governance’; AJK government is working on comprehensive projects for the development of health, education and infrastructure.” PM AJK added.

Meanwhile, both the leaders also discussed the situation created by the announcement of American government to accept the occupied Jerusalem as the capital of the Israel, and condemned American decision in this regard.
