PESHAWAR: Amir Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Sirajul Haq said that Pakistani politicians only come to rule for their own benefits.
Addressing a ceremony at Islamia College Peshawar, the JI Amir said that Pakistan needs such a leader whose Qibla is Khana Kaaba not Washington. In his view, politicians here come only to rule the country while their own properties and business are abroad. They go to abroad for medical checkups and their children also study there, he stated.
Sirajul Haq said that Pakistan lacks basic needs in health and education sectors, adding that Pakistani nation comprises of lions while leadership is jackal. He urged the students to change the western system and work for brining the political structure which was introduced 1400 years ago by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
