HARIPUR: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has called for promotion of archaeological tourism in Pakistan at international level.

Speaking during his visit to the ancient relics in district Haripur on Wednesday, he stressed the need for repairing and rehabilitation of the national archeological sites.

Imran Khan said Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police has exemplary performed in bringing peace in the province encouraging international tourists to visit this area.

On this occasion, ambassador of Sri Lanka, Korea, Austria and Mauritius were briefed about the archeological sites of Pakistan.
