Lahore: A woman was found dead in a hotel room in the provincial capital Lahore on Thursday.
As per details, the women’s body was found in a hotel, which is located in the jurisdiction of Defence police station.
According to initial investigation, the woman committed suicide by swallowing toxic pills. The police also found scratches on her neck.
The body was shifted to Services Hospital for autopsy while the police have launched an investigation to the incident.
She was a resident of Sheikhupura and the man who was staying with her fled from the hotel after incident which was booked in the name of Umer.
