KARACHI: Non bailable arrest warrants of MQM founder and other absconders have once again been issued by Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) in August 22 provocative speeches, violence case.
Case pertaining to August 22 provocative speech, Jalao Gherao and attack on media houses came up for hearing before ATC Karachi Saturday.

Farooq Sattar. Amir Khan and MQM London members named in the case appeared before the court.

The investigation officer told the court decision has been taken to constitute JIT to probe into the matter and request has been sent to home departments Sindh seeking permission for formation of JIT. As soon as the permission is received JIT will be constituted.
The court issued directives to concerned authorities to arrest the absconders and present them before it till November 25

Talking to media men later, Farooq Sattar said they have no relevance with MQM Founder. Money laundering investigations are underway while MQM leaders have no role in transferring money outside country.

No member of MQM-P is involved in any illegal activity. Over 800 workers of our party are in jail and they are being forced to change their loyalties, he accused.
We reserve our right over voicing protest against forcing our members for changing their loyalties, he added.

He said case of Baldia factory tragedy was registered against several persons earlier and these cases were abolished . Several persons were acquitted from this case. If there is any allegation against Hammad Siddiqui then course of justice should be pursued on his arrest, he stressed. Decision on arrests be taken as per law, he demanded. There is no room for any criminal in our party, he added.
