Karachi: At least one dacoit was killed while another fled during police encounter near Norani Graveyard, Karachi.
According to media reports, two unidentified dacoits were fleeing after looting a citizen Murtaza in the area of Zaman Town near Norani graveyard when police reached the scene. On spotting police dacoits opened fire upon them. In retaliating firing, one dacoit was killed while his accomplice managed to escape from the scene.
Weapons, mobile phones have been recovered from their possession.
Police have registered a case and started investigation.
