Rawalpindi: (Parliament Times) Rawalpindi Education Department has approved promotion of 132 teachers of district Rawalpindi under CM Package.
According to media reports, promotions of 51 Elementary School Teachers (EST) of boy’s schools and 72 EST female teachers including 10 Primary School Teachers (PST) of district Rawalpindi have been approved.
It is vital to mention here that all these cases were deferred during meeting of May at which SST teachers were ignored on departmental basis after their cases were not presented before District Education Officer.
Punjab Teachers Union district president Shahid Mubarak Raja, Central Chairman Raja Tahir Mehmood, Syed Hamid Ali Shah, Malik Zahir U Deen, Sajid Masood Abbasi, Raja Aurangzeb, Qazi Muhammad Imran and Muhammad Shafique has demanded of CEO Education and district Education Officer Secondary to sort out the matter.
