ISLAMABAD: Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rashid Ahmad has said that what can be more insulting for Pakistan that its finance minister is involved in money laundering.

“The finance minister of this country is involved in money laundering. These thieves have brought shame for Pakistan. Money is dearer to some people than respect. This is extreme shamefacedness. What can be more insult to this country than this”, he said this while talking to a private TV channel here Wednesday.

He held that decision of Hudaibiya case would come within 7 to 8 days and they can not escape it. Ishaq Dar would have to suffer more than all of others in this case, he added.

He went on to say that Ishaq Dar should have resigned from his office before appearing in the court. Had Ishaq Dar some evidence he would have presented them in the court, he added. To my view Ishaq Dar would give evidence in Hudaibiya case as he had already recorded evidence against Sharif family, he remarked.
