Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has appreciated the performance of the officers and officials of concerned departments for arranging best security and other related arrangements for the Freedom Cup.
While appreciating the performance of the Cabinet Committee for Law and Order as well as administration, CM said that they have won the hearts of public by ensuring excellent preparations for the match for which all the respective departments deserve huge appreciation. He said that along-with political, administrative and police officers, performance of the officials and staff of other departments’ is additionally commendable as effective holding of match is the triumph of Pakistan.
He stated that Punjab government with its collaboration and commitment has orchestrated the best event and Allah has favored them with fruitful inferable from their diligent work round the clock. He said that administrative officers alongside law enforcing agencies of civil and military organizations have set a new example of hard work and all relevant departments have performed duties with the best harmony. It was an ideal demonstration of unity and harmony which was a defeat for peace-haters and victories for Pakistani public as these best results were made possible through constant hard-work, he shared.
CM further added that his happiness has been multiplied by seeing the joyous people and vowed that we all will work together to give such a lot of happiness to the nation. He said that he is grateful for these wonderful arrangements at every step and for provision of best facilities to cricket fans. “I believe that if we will continue working under the same passion, one day Pakistan will become a great countryâ€, he added.
