Muzaffarabad: (Parliament Times) The President of Azad Kashmir Sardar Masood Ahmed Khan, Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan and Information Minister Raja Mushtaq Minhas have said that Quaid-e-Azam’s determination and unshakable will power emboldened the Muslims to continue their struggle for achieving their cherished goal of a separate homeland.

“Under his dynamic leadership and by following Quad’s ideals of Unity, Faith and Discipline, the Muslims of Indian subcontinent after rendering matchless sacrifices achieved their collective goal”, they said in their separate message to the nation on the eve of 69th death anniversary of founder of Pakistan Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

The President Sardar Masood Khan highlighted the struggle and sacrifices of the father of the nation, and urged that “We as a nation must follow the principles of our great Quaid, which would be an apt tribute to him. We can pay real homage to the memory of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah by reaffirming our abiding faith in his teachings”.

“We need to forge unity in our ranks to defeat the forces of extremism and uphold the principles of democracy, peaceful coexistence and rule of law”, the AJK president said.

Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan in his message to the nation said that Quad-e-Azam Muhammad Ali. Jinnah was a true leader who never compromised his principles. Khan called for preparing the nation particularly the new generation to take the country to the destination of progress and prosperity following the guiding principles of Quaid e Azam. He said it was need of the hour to renew our constructive efforts by reviewing Quaid’s life and adhering to his teachings and making them a source of spiritual and practical power.

Raja Mushtaq Minhas in his message said, “September 11 is remembered every year to pay tribute to the great founder of Pakistan whose historic struggle for a separate country for the Muslims living in subcontinent lead the Muslims to get a free country from British rule”.
