Muzaffarabad: (Parliament Times) The AJK Minister Information, Tourism and Information Technology Mushtaq Ahmed Minhas on Sunday paid eulogizing tributes to Rashid Minhas Shaheed on his 44th death anniversary.
According to a statement, the AJK minister said that Shaheed Rashid Minhas laid down his life for a greater cause for which he would be remembered for a long time in the annals of Pakistan’s history. Terming Shaheed Minhas as a great hero and proud son of the soil the information minister said that his heroic life was beacon of light and a source of great inspiration for Pakistan’s young generation. Referring to the unprecedented sacrifices rendered by Rashid Minhas Aziz Bhati, Shabir Sharif and thousands of other martyrs, he said that history bears testimony to the fact that in testing times it were these brave hearts who offered sacrifices of their precious lives to defend the territorial sovereignty of the country.
