LAHORE: Nomination papers of PML-N candidate for by-election in NA-120 were accepted by the Returning Officer in Lahore on Thursday.
Later, talking to newsmen, Prime Minister’s Special Assistant Dr. Asif Kirmani said all nine objections raised on the candidature of Begum Kulsoom Nawaz were rejected by the Returning Officer.
He said the Returning Officer gave full opportunity to the opponents to present their objections, but they could not present any proof in favor of their baseless objections.
