Lahore: All the private and government educational institutions across the Punjab were reopened on Tuesday i.e. 15th August after a lengthy summer vacations.

The government and private education institutions across the Punjab reopened on Tuesday, after the long summer vacations ended on Monday. The attendance of students remained thin as the most of the students are not yet in a mood to resume their studies after a lengthy summer holidays from education institutions.

The Punjab Government announced summer holidays from May 25 to August 14.

It is not unusual as every year thin attendance is recorded on the very first day after reopening of schools. Some of the education institutions are likely to reopen today here on Wednesday i.e 16th August.
