Karachi: At least three alleged terrorists have been killed in an encounter with CTD personnel in Machar Colony area of Karachi.
On a tip-off, the Counter-Terrorism Department personnel raided a hideout in Machar Colony area of Karachi, when the terrorists started firing at the police raiding party. The police retaliated and gunned-down three alleged terrorists. According to in charge CTD Mazhar Mashwani, three terrorists were killed in encounter while four were apprehended.
The CTD personnel claimed to have recovered weapons from suspects’ possession. The identity of deceased could not be ascertained as yet. The detainees have been shifted to undisclosed location for further investigation.
